We’ve updated
the Quotation Request form and made it easier to fill in.

only business. International orders will not be accepted, unless a prior
special agreement has been made.)
1. YOUtell us the specifications you’d like your computer
built to by filling in and submitting the Quotation Request form which
you’ll find further down this page
2. WE will
send you a quotation, free of charge, for your required machine by email.
This quotation shall
be valid for a period of fourteen days from issue unless otherwise stated.
The computer
that we send you a quotation for will include all of your specified devices
and parameters if possible. If this is not possible for any reason, we will
specify this in our quotation, which will then include the nearest
specifications possible for us to include at the time, appropriate to your
requirements, or as close to your requirements as is possible.
3. Both
parties then come to an agreement by
email
on the specifications of the final product.

send us your payment by means of PayPal.
An invoice will be
raised and issued by email from PayPal for the total amount pending in lieu
of goods.
Following final
agreement; you will receive an invoice from Kustom Komputa via PayPal for
the amount agreed, which can be paid via PayPal from your PayPal or bank
account, or by Debit or Credit Card. The submission of the agreed payment
through PayPal indicates the acceptance by both parties of a contract
between the bearer of the customer’s PayPal account and Kustom Komputa.
5.
On receipt of your payment,WEorder
the
components, and we build, test, and
set-up
your new computer.
6. WE then
notify you of the project’s completion by email.
Delivery, or
notification of completion, will usually follow within one calendar month,
hopefully sooner depending upon the number of orders and stock
availability.
7. YOU
can have it delivered by our courier, within 10 days of completion. Delivery can be arranged to any United Kingdom
address by courier.
Our machines come with Windows Vista, XP Home, or XP
Professional preinstalled, unless specified otherwise by you. Vista means that your machine has
to include a certain minimum specification of hardware and it also has
performance issues; although the extent to which SP1 remedies these is yet
to be ascertained.
*Component
parts can take between 4 and 14 days to arrive at our premises, depending
upon availability of supply and general item availability with regard to
our suppliers. Although we endeavour to gather the component parts as
quickly as possible, it can sometimes be the case that delays can occur or
supplies are limited due to the nature and speciality of components
ordered.
**Build
and setup is usually accomplished within 7 days of component receipt,
although no guarantees of time taken for this process, within a reasonable
period, are made owing to order volume and component availability. The
overall time taken to build any system should not, under normal
circumstances, be greater than 21 days maximum. (Usually we will endeavour
to complete the entire process within one calendar month of your payment.)

Quotation Request Form even better, with explanatory notes included. Please
understand that this is not an order form; it is simply a form we ask you
to fill out in order that we can get a good idea of your requirements and
give you a price quotation for your Kustom Komputa, should you allow us to
build it for you. Please also understand that you are under absolutely no
obligation whatsoever to purchase from us after having submitted this form;
although I’m sure you’ll be amazed at the value-for-money we give. We have
low overheads and we don’t make a huge profit from building any computer. :
We’re interested in value; and we’d rather give you a well-priced quality
deal built especially for you than churn out thousands of identical units
that are unsuitable and over-specified for many customers with a large
profit-margins attached. With Kustom Komputa you know that you’ll be
getting what you want rather than what we want you to have, and you won’t
be excessively charged for features that you’ll never use.
Please fill out the
form below when you’re ready for a quotation without obligation on any
Kustom computer. Please answer all questions if possible. Some questions
are required fields and are necessary questions with answers that are vital
to the build of your machine.
Your Name, email
address, and UK Telephone number are vital to us for communicating with
you. If you cannot supply a valid UK Postal
Address and UK telephone number, (If you
live outside the UK for example.) then
Kustom Komputa may not be able to help you. If you are an international
buyer and are really keen on Kustom Komputa’s products, then service can
only be carried out by special arrangement with Kustom Komputa. : Please
email your special international customer request to overseas at kustomkomputa.co.uk . If your international
request is accepted following correspondence by email you will need to
return to the form below and fill it out.
What
happens to my name/address/phone number etc details if I submit them to
Kustom Komputa?
Kustom Komputa are
subject to the Data Protection Act; and so although a record of
transactions and the relevant details thereof is kept on removable media at
Kustom Komputa Office, Kustom Komputa will not disclose, sell, lose (We're
not the UK Government.), or use your details for any reason other than for
Company records and Company communications with the customer. Kustom
Komputa respects your privacy and undertakes to maintain said privacy as a
priority. After a period of seven years from date of order, assuming that
no further business has transpired; customer records will be erased, and
the media upon which they were stored as encrypted records safely
destroyed. Kustom Komputa does not discover, nor keep records of,
individual Credit Card numbers or personal details of PayPal accounts. Your
security is assured by payment through PayPal and the relevant insurance
policy thereof.
